Description
Zanussi‘s EVO900 gas double deep fryer runs two 23-litre V-shaped wells in an 800 mm freestanding unit, rated at 42 kW with a rated output of 56.8 kg an hour (ASTM F1361).
It suits a pub, club or high-volume takeaway that wants chips and battered seafood in separate oil and the second well ready when the first is busy. Plan a 1/2″ gas connection: it ships set for natural gas with LPG as an option, and needs canopy extraction like any fryer of this output. At 900 mm deep it lines up with the rest of the EVO900 suite. Where gas is not available, the electric version of this twin 23-litre fryer runs on 36 kW three-phase.
